Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Battery Racks:
The 1.2 MWh capacity is achieved by connecting multiple battery modules in series and parallel to form clusters.Each battery with BMS board, each battery cluster with HV control box(PDU),and these battery clusters also have BAU for the third protection and monitoring. They monitors voltage, temperature, and current of every cell and module in real-time. It ensures safe operation, performs cell balancing, calculates the State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH), and provides critical fault protection.
